Supportive Work Environment Reminder
As a team leader, always strive to create a positive and supportive environment during your interactions with technicians. Here are a few reminders to help foster teamwork and morale:
Be Friendly and Approachable: Start conversations with a warm tone and genuine interest. For example:
"Good morning, Brenda! Did you have a good weekend?"
"Hi Alex, I noticed you’ve been working hard—great job!"
Show Respect and Care: Engage with team members by actively listening and showing empathy when they have concerns.
Encourage Positivity: A positive attitude is contagious! Use uplifting language and focus on solutions rather than problems.
Support and Assist: Remind technicians that you’re there to help. Use phrases like, "Let me know how I can support you today."
Uniform and Appearance
Ensure the following:
Proper uniform (e.g., company shirt, black pants, apron, non-slippery shoes).
Clean and professional appearance to maintain a polished image.
Inspection of Cleaning Materials
Mopping and Vacuuming
Before Mopping: Ensure thorough vacuuming and use clean water.
