  5. Average – A lived-in space with light dirt buildup, occasional soap scum, and regularly changed air filters.

  6. Moderate – Homes with pets or kids, showing moderate dirt, soap scum, or signs of frequent use.

  7. Fallen Behind – Noticeable accumulation of dirt in bathrooms and kitchens, or overdue air filter changes.

  8. Challenging – Significant buildup of grime and dust, particularly on neglected areas like fans or corners.

  9. Extremely Challenging – Extensive dirt and clutter; cleaning requires additional time and effort to address.

  10. Maximum Challenge – Entire home requires deep cleaning with persistent dust and grime that may need multiple cleanings.

  11. Out of Scope – Situations involving hazardous materials, infestations, or extreme clutter requiring specialized services.
