Redo Instructions

Unless specified in the job notes to clean the entire house again, only clean the areas the client complained about. Do a checkup of the whole house, but do not clean it all over again.

Important Reminders

Client Privacy
If the client is home, do not take pictures without their permission.

Team Accountability
Do not place blame on your teammate in front of the client.

Client Interaction
If the client is present, ask if they would like to review the missed areas with you before cleaning. Once completed, ask them to check those areas again.

Permanent Stains
Clarify with the client any stains that cannot be safely or fully removed.
